KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): Tun Daim Zainuddin has questioned whether it was a personal emissary of the former prime minister, who was working on his own, involved in direct discussions and negotiations over the old East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) contract.
"Was it a personal emissary of the former PM or was it an official representative of the government, as should have been the case," he said.
