KUALA LUMPUR: Deputy Comm Datuk Kamarulzaman Mamat has taken over as Bukit Aman Narcotic Crimes Investigation Department (NCID) director on an acting capacity.
He takes over from outgoing director, Comm Datuk Seri Mohmad Salleh, who is retiring on Thursday (April 25).
