KUCHING: Sarawak's efforts to reclaim state rights under the Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63) should be done through the proper channels, says Governor Tun Abdul Taib Mahmud.
He noted that committees to review MA63 had been set up at both the federal and state levels.
