GEORGE TOWN: The Penang Island City Council (MBPP) has issued a 24-hour ultimatum to a landowner to clear up waste at its construction site in Paya Terubong.
State Environment Committee chairman Phee Boon Poh said the onus was on landowners to ensure no trespassing or illegal dumping activities occurred on their land.
