BANGI: Conflicts can be avoided in the Muslim world if all parties adhere to Islamic teachings, says Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad (pic).

He expressed regret that there were many incidents such as bombings, wars and starvation that took place in Muslim nations, as they do not practise Islamic teachings.
