KOTA BARU (Bernama): The Kelantan Islamic Religious Affairs Department (Jaheaik) has issued notices to 39 women, asking them to attend counselling sessions after they were found to have dressed inappropriately during the fasting month.
Jaheaik's Syariah Law Enforcement Division principal assistant director Mohd Fadzuli Mohd Zain said two men were also served with notices as they were believed not fasting but it would be difficult to prove as there was no clear evidence.
