PETALING JAYA: Police are investigating the killing of a cat by hanging at an apartment in Section 2, Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur.
Deputy Wangsa Maju OCPD Supt Muhammad Najib Hamzah confirmed that police are investigating the case after the cat's owner discovered his pet's body around 2.30pm on Monday (June 10) and lodged a police report.
