KOTA KINABALU: Viral posts about a cat shelter in Tuaran where carcasses were left rotting on the floor have shocked people in the city.  

It all started after Animal Lovers Independent Rescuer (Alir), a non-governmental organisation, exposed the matter on Facebook and made a police report on Tuesday (June 18) upon discovering the mismanagement of felines there.
