SEREMBAN: The High Court here will on July 17 rule if a police ASP and four others will have to enter their defence over the murder of a 35-year-old man in 2015.
Judicial Commissioner Datuk Muhammad Jamil Hussin made the decision after hearing submissions from counsels representing the accused.
