PETALING JAYA: The Papar District health office is studying a "smoke candy" that is being consumed by students in SK Pekan, as concerns have been raised that it encourages children to smoke cigarettes.
On Monday (July 22), SK Pekan Papar Parent-Teacher Association head Mohd Fauzi Sahat said the district's health office has received complaints about the popular sweet known as Smoke Candy, or Ghost Candy.
