GEORGE TOWN: The man who doused himself with petrol nine years ago to protest the closure of entrances in Komtar has been found dead.
George Town OCPD Asst Comm Che Zaimani Che Awang said Teoh's personal belongings such as his wallet and mobile phone were found on his body and there were no external injuries on him.
