KOTA KINABALU: Senator Mohd Imran Abd Hamid (pic) from PKR has apologised for his controversial statement blaming women for seducing men, but his sorry is not enough as women leaders in his own party want him stripped of his position in Dewan Negara,

"This is not the first time that he has made such insulting remarks against women. In 2015, during a debate in the Dewan Rakyat, he suggested that participants in sexy attire at sporting events could invite illicit sex if they mingled freely with people, " said Rahimah, a member of the PKR central leadership council, in a statement.
