‘I was told not to interfere’


KUALA LUMPUR: Former second finance minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Husni Hanadzlah was told not to interfere when he advised Datuk Seri Najib Razak on 1Malaysia Development Bhd’s planned investments in oil and gas.

Ahmad Husni, 67, (pic) who was the second finance minister between 2009 and 2016, said he had found out that 1MDB wanted to invest in oil services and production company PetroSaudi International Ltd in 2009.
