PETALING JAYA: A woman in Rawang is crying foul that emergency responders did not arrive at her home in time after it was broken into by three masked men last week despite her calling the 999 emergency hotline.

In fact, she was told when police arrived at the scene that she should have called the "Bilik Gerakan" (Operations Room) instead.
