Suspect who tried to rob food delivery rider to be charged Aug 15

PETALING JAYA: One of the two suspects who attempted to rob a food delivery rider in front of Phileo Damansara 2 here is expected to charged on Thursday (Aug 15).

Petaling Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Mohd Zani Che Din said the 33-year-old suspect, who was arrested last Saturday (Aug 10), will be charged under Section 393 of the Penal Code for attempted robbery and Section 324 of the same code for causing hurt.
