KANGAR: The Raja of Perlis Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin Jamalullail has directed the people to practise moderation and respect existing differences to avoid issues cropping up, especially concerning religion and race.

He said such issues could be easily exploited to create quarrels and conflicts by certain parties.
