KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court set Nov 8 to hear the Inland Revenue Board's (IRB) application for summary judgment on its suit to recover RM1.69bil in unpaid taxes from Datuk Seri Najib Razak.
High Court judge Justice Datuk Ahmad Bache also fixed the same date to hear the former prime minister's application to stay the proceedings.
