PETALING JAYA: The Women, Family and Community Development Ministry has called on the Home Ministry to make an amendment to the Federal Constitution to enable automatic citizenship for children born overseas to Malaysian women.
Its Deputy Minister Hannah Yeoh said this and four other issues concerning amendments to laws about children and family were part of discussions her ministry had had with the Home Ministry since April.
