Terrible tragedy: Firemen trying to put out the fire that gutted the Butterworth Tzu Chi Recycling Education Centre in Penang.

BUTTERWORTH: It took 15 years to set up the Butterworth Tzu Chi Recycling Education Centre but only minutes to raze it to the ground during a fire which broke out in the middle of the night.

The years of materials collected and used to provide education to make the environment a better place went up in flames, and by the time the fire was extinguished, all that was left was ash.
