KOTA KINABALU: Sabah has enough time to put in place the right infrastructure and strategies to capitalise on Indonesia’s plan to move its capital from Jakarta to Kalimantan, says a state think tank.
“There is ample time as the planned shift will only take place in four years’ time, ” said Institute of Development Studies Sabah (IDS) chief executive officer Anthony Kiob said.
