KAJANG: The government plans to build several sewage treatment plants in states such as Kelantan, Pahang and Johor under the 12th Malaysia Plan, says Water, Land and Natural Resources Minister Dr Xavier Jayakumar.
He said the plants were expected to cost about RM2bil.
