PUTRAJAYA: The Home Ministry has banned the "Belt & Road Initiative For Win-Winism" comic book which has caused plenty of controversy recently.
In a statement, the ministry said the publication was found to have content that could “endanger public order and security” and also “distort the mind of the public".
