Enough pork supply in the country


PETALING JAYA: There is enough pork in the country despite the tightening of the import of pork and pork products due to the African Swine Fever (ASF) outbreak in China and other nations, say livestock dealers.

Federation of Livestock Farmers’ Associations of Malaysia adviser Datuk Jeffrey Ng says that Malaysia is nearly self-sufficient – 95% – when it comes to pork.
