Wan Azizah: Ministry apologises for delay in welfare aid, payment by Nov 10


PUTRAJAYA: The Women, Family and Community Development Ministry has apologised for the delay in payment of welfare aid, assuring recipients that the financial assistance will be credited to their account by Nov 10.

Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail said the delay was due to technical issues involving the distribution of allocation to agencies under the ministry, which she is under her.
