KOTA KINABALU: A state assemblyman proposed a wildlife park in Kalabakan, similar to the one in Lok Kawi near the state capital, to enhance wildlife conservation efforts.
Datuk Hamisa Samat (Warisan-Tanjung Batu) (pic) reasoned that this was one way to reduce human-wildlife conflicts, as well as a potential tourist attraction for visitors.
