Several measures put in place to address fly infestation, polluted water in Segari, state assembly told

IPOH: Among the short-term solutions planned to alleviate the fly infestation and polluted water issues in Segari is to treat chicken waste.

Perak Public Facility, Infrastructure, Agriculture and Plantation Committee chairman Abdul Yunus Jamahri said the state Veterinary Services Department would treat the waste with effective micro-organisms (EM), before either selling or disposing it.
