MIRI: The start of the new week saw torrential rain lashing the northern Sarawak region, bringing flash floods to many parts of Miri and Lambir during early morning hours on Monday (Dec 2).
Populated residential estates along Jalan Lambir, Jalan Miri-Bintulu, Taman Tunku and Kampung Lusut housing zones were inundated by about half-a-metre of water following non-stop rain.
