MELAKA: Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail shared a touching story with delegates at the National Congress here about how much she appreciated a 50 sen donation from an elderly woman during the early days of the party.

The PKR advisory board chairman said the sincerity of the "makcik" and not the sum donated, reflected how the grassroots wanted the party to champion their cause with honesty.
