PETALING JAYA: Chef Alan Wong (pic) is still in high spirits to celebrate dong zhi (Winter Solstice Festival) although he was unable to cook a feast for his family because of the water cut.
He said it was more important to observe the spirit of celebration, rather than getting upset over foiled plans to enjoy a sumptuous spread.
