Malls decked in red and gold dazzle tourists

KUALA LUMPUR: Tourist Vineeta Samnarain was taken by surprise at the uniqueness of the Chinese New Year decorations in the city centre’s malls.

The 26-year-old New Yorker, who was in town for a couple of days, said she did not expect to see such splendour at the malls.
