IPOH: A total of 69 people have been arrested by the Perak Forestry Department pertaining to forest-related offences last year.
In a statement issued Thursday (Jan 16), it said those arrested were for various offences, including gathering forest produce without licence, illegal land clearing of forest reserves, entering forest reserves without permit and possession of forest produce without licence.
