Former director, executive director of company charged with CBT worth RM2.82mil


JOHOR BARU: A former director and an executive director of a company were charged with nine counts of criminal breach of trust involving some RM2.82mil of the company’s money at the Sessions Court here.

The former director of Infra Desa Johor (IDJ) Sdn Bhd, a company responsible for road improvement works at rural areas in Johor, Datuk Mohamed Zaini Amran, 64 and its executive director Jamalullail Md Sapie, 47, pleaded not guilty when charges were read in front of judge Faiz Dziyauddin.
