BUTTERWORTH: Penang National Unity and Integration Department (JPNIN) director has been charged in the Sessions Court here with using his position four years ago to grant a project worth RM45,472 to a company belonging to his son.
Mohd Saidi Midin, 59, pleaded not guilty when the charge was read out before judge Ahmad Azhari Abdul Hamid.
