‘Late navy cadet officer did not submit sick report form’

IPOH: Navy cadet officer J. Soosaimanicckam did not submit any sick report form to the trainer in charge on the day he died, a Coroner’s Court here heard.

KD Sultan Idris 1 (KDSI 1) Course Planning Officer Lt Nur Suhana Kasim Bakri said when she took over the duties on May 19 in 2018 at 8.20am, she was not informed by the trainer the night before of any form submitted by the deceased.
