IPOH: Perak executive council member Paul Yong Choo Kiong's rape trial will continue at the Sessions Court here if the Court of Appeal rejects his application to have the case transferred to the High Court.
Sessions Court judge Norashima Khalid said pending a decision from the Court of Appeal, the case will begin on Tuesday (Feb 11).
