KUALA TERENGGANU: In her 51 years of making mengkuang-based handicraft, Fatimah Ismail, 63, never thought that one day she would be producing mementos for delegates of a major global event such as the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (Apec) 2020 summit.
She is proud and thrilled to be entrusted to make 444 supik (pouches) for the upcoming event in November where 16,000 people from 21 member countries will be gathering.
