KUALA LUMPUR: The Bukit Aman Narcotic Crime Investigation Department (NCID) will cooperate with the Armed Forces to conduct spot checks on military personnel suspected of drug abuse, says Tan Sri Abdul Hamid Bador.
The Inspector-General of Police said he has discussed at length with Armed Forces chief Jen Tan Sri Affendi Buang on the threat of drugs seeping into both agencies.
