KUCHING: It is up to the new Federal Government to decide on the re-tabling of a constitutional amendment to restore Sarawak and Sabah's status as equal partners in Malaysia, says Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg.
The Chief Minister said he did not know if the proposed amendment was still on the cards when Parliament convenes on May 18.
