IPOH: The controlled movement order announcement by the government should include isolation and control of movement in localities where community transmissions of Covid-19 have been identified, says Dr Lee Boon Chye.
The former deputy health minister said residents at the localities should not be allowed to leave their areas, unless health screening and body temperatures were ascertained to be normal.
