NIBONG TEBAL: The traffic flow on Penang Juru Highway was reported to be smooth on the first day of the movement control order (MCO) on Wednesday (March 18).
South Seberang Prai OCPD Supt Shafee Samad said as of 9am this morning, traffic flow in both directions was smooth and under control.
