PETALING JAYA: The Higher Education Ministry’s directive to suspend all teaching and learning activities, including e-learning, in all public and private higher-learning institutions in the country caused tremendous dissatisfaction among institutions, students and parents, says Malaysian Association of Private Colleges and Universities (Mapcu) president Datuk Dr Parmjit Singh.
