47 medical workers positive for Covid-19 after going to same weddings as tabligh attendees


PETALING JAYA: Forty-seven of the 73 medical staff from the Health Ministry (MOH) who tested positive for Covid-19 went to wedding ceremonies that were also attended by some who went for the tabligh gathering in Masjid Jamek, Sri Petaling.

Health director-general Datuk Seri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah (pic), however, added that none of them are frontliners battling the disease.
