NGOs prepare food and care packs for those in the line of duty

PETALING JAYA: As health and security personnel tirelessly work to contain the Covid-19 outbreak, non-governmental organisations along with individuals are stepping in to ensure they don’t go hungry.

Kembara Kitchen co-founder YiLyn Chan said there were volunteers preparing hot food for those on night shift at Hospital Sungai Buloh’s (HSB) Covid-19 screening centre as well as for staff at the Hospital Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Klang (HTAR) emergency department and screening centre.
