Green-thumbed smuggler caught red-handed in JB


JOHOR BARU: An attempt by a man in his 30s to smuggle 460 pots of decorative plants and cacti worth RM2,320 into Singapore was foiled by authorities at Bangunan Sultan Iskandar Customs, Immigration and Quarantine Complex here.

Johor Malaysian Quarantine and Inspection Services Department (Maqis) director Nur Afifah A. Rahman said the incident took place at the cargo entrance at about 1.10pm Thursday (April 2).
