KUALA LUMPUR: A Twitter user is expected to be charged in court over a number of tweets insulting the Yang di-Pertuan Agong.
Bukit Aman CID director Comm Datuk Huzir Momahed said the Special Investigation Unit (D5) began investigating the case following a tweet by a user named "Fazrin Ismail".
