MCO violators to be fined


KUALA LUMPUR: A RM1,000 compound will be slapped on those who violate the movement control order (MCO). And there will be no discounts, says Bukit Aman Internal Security and Public Order Department director Comm Datuk Seri Acryl Sani Abdullah Sani.

The move, which came into effect yesterday, was in accordance with Prevention and Control of Infectious Act 1988, said the Bukit Aman Internal Security and Public Order department director.
