KUALA LUMPUR: A total of 38 cases of dogs and cats being dumped in Kuala Lumpur were recorded during the movement control order (MCO) period, says Malaysia Animal Association president Arie Dwi Andika.
He said Persian and domestic long-haired cats were among the breeds abandoned by owners.
