Waiting for the barber: 13 arrested for defying MCO in Butterworth


KEPALA BATAS: Thirteen men were arrested for breaching the movement control order (MCO) after they were caught waiting for a haircut at a barbershop in Jalan Mengkuang, Butterworth.

Seberang Prai Utara OCPD Asst Comm Noorzainy Mohd Noor said the suspects were detained at the shop that was secretly opened for customers on Monday (April 27) at about 3.30pm.
