Star Media Group CEO resigns to pursue other interests, three-man committee to helm company temporarily (updated)


PETALING JAYA: Star Media Group Bhd (SMG) will be temporarily headed by a three-man special committee effective Friday (May 15) following the departure of group CEO Andreas Vogiatzakis.

The committee comprises three non-executive directors of the company, namely Datuk Fu Ah Kiow, Datuk Dr Mohd Aminuddin Mohd Rouse and Chan Seng Fatt.
