KUALA LUMPUR: Seven men were arrested under Op Samseng Jalanan for performing dangerous stunts on the Duta-Ulu Kelang (DUKE) Highway.
City traffic investigation and enforcement chief Asst Comm Zulkefly Yahya said among those arrested were a 24-year-old civil servant and a 19-year-old who had been previously arrested for the same reckless act.
